Visitors of K3 festival will be welcomed by culinary delights and the gentle sounds of the Viennese duo doubleBLU right in front of the town cinema of Villach. Love has taken the sisters Tanja Peer (double bass) and Phoebe Stewart (guitar, violin) from Costa Rica to Austria several years ago. Since then, the two of them have created a series of songs that are well worth hearing. The combination of the instruments leads to an exploration of new worlds of sound. Personal means of expression bring together melancholy and tenderness. The voices of the two singers are combined with their instruments and form the basis and essence of the musical performance.
