Vladimir Savić studied graphic design in Serbia and now works as an animator, freelance artist, and graphic designer in Vienna. His first collaboration with Helmut Karner was on the feature film Ground Control, where he created the animation and storyboards. He continued designing animated sequences, props, and promotional materials for Karner’s later projects.For MEERESRAUSCH // SOMEWHERE IN TEXAS, he developed a custom typeface used for the film’s credits and intertitles. He also worked as an animator on the widely successful Austrian documentary Austroschwarz, contributing significantly to its visual style.
