Marco Surza began his educational journey at the Scientific High School Ingeborg Bachmann and went on to graduate from the University of Udine with a degree in Performing Arts and Multimedia (DAMS) in Gorizia in July 2024. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Digital Storytelling at the University of Udine.
He worked as a Production Assistant at Publispei Srl for the TV series “Eppure cadiamo felici” directed by Matteo Oleotto and collaborated with Tesla Production Srl. He served as Head of the Video Department at the Premio Sergio Amidei 2022 and as a Production Assistant at Minerva Pictures for the film “Addio al Nubilato 2” directed by Francesco Apolloni. Additionally, he gained valuable experience as an Assistant Director intern at Kavac Film for the production of “Campo di Battaglia” directed by Gianni Amelio.
Outside the film industry, he is also a ski instructor.
