Lala, Samanta and Zaga are the same age, they share the same desires and dreams. They are three young Italians, whom Italy does not recognize because their parents were born elsewhere. In a fluid state between staging and reality, the film shows the absurd side of Italian bureaucracy and embarks on a collective journey in search of the identity of an entire generation with undefined rights.
