Born in 2002 in the border region between Austria, Italy, and Slovenia, Uli grew up experiencing contrasts between cultures, people, and opinions early on. At some point, the moment arrived: squeezed behind his parents’ couch, he watched Moonrise Kingdom for the first time, cried his eyes out, and realized just how powerful cinema can be.

A few years later, he founded a film company with two friends to shake up the local film scene.

After five years at a technical high school, founding a successful media production company, producing over five short films, and spending a year abroad in Chile, his journey has continued in Vienna since 2022.
