In a time when mental health and self-protection have become central social themes, Resilience explores the fragile balance between strength and vulnerability. Behind the masks we wear lie emotional walls that both protect and isolate us. This experimental short film translates that inner conflict into a physical, visual language. Two figures embody opposing forces: Resilience – hidden behind a mask, a symbol of control and distance – and Vulnerability – open, raw, immediate. Through improvised dance, music, and shifting imagery, the film creates a choreography of inner tension. At the moment just before the mask is removed, Resilience culminates in a quiet question: How much do we reveal, and who remains when the facade falls?
